When you start getting prices on your new kitchen/bathroom: remember to follow a few rules:

• Make sure your estimate states the fees for all cutouts, faucet holed, under-mounting the sink special treatments & edges
• quote like materials…Same stone color & quality
• Is templating, quoting & installation

If your quote includes sinks & faucets make sure they are of equal value.
