Granite:
- stain resistant (when properly sealed)
- heat resistant
- scratch resistant
- needs to be sealed to protect against stains
- large color selection (colors vary between samples and slabs)
Solid Surface:
- seams are inconspicuous

Limestone:
- use in low traffic areas

Sinks
Under-mounted / sub-mounted Sink
- need to be installed in a waterproof counter-top (any product Webco, Inc sells)
- will have a silicone sealer where the counter-top and sink come together
- have many different reveals
Top-mounted Sinks
- can be installed in any counter-top material
- will have a silicone sealer where the counter-top and sink come together
Gravity mount Sinks
- can be installed in any counter-top material
- is recessed into the counter-top
- sealed with an epoxy
