Tiny samples make it hard to visualize how the finished counter-top will look.

Color, veining and pattern can vary enormously by slab and even within the same slab. Go to the stone yard, select your slabs…if you find material you like, put a deposit on the stone. A good reputable company will tag your slabs sold and hold them. Remember to take a layout of your project, there is nothing worse than selecting your stone to find out you didn’t choose enough.
